Take as much, or as little, time as you need to explore and look for homes, and ask for my assistance only if and when you need it! I may send you a few email messages just to let you know I am available if you need my assistance, and certainly will respond to all your inquiries, but I won't "bug" you unnecessarily.
If you wish, I can help you choose from ALL homes currently listed for sale in both the Regional Multiple Listing Service (RMLS) and the Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS) databases, in new subdivisions, and even many For-Sale-By-Owner (FSBO) properties!?
If you have special wants or needs, I can search for and email you only listings which match your very specific criteria, such as only homes that are remodeled and have your preferred . . . whatever your most important features!
When you're ready to start looking at available homes, I can open the doors to all those that best match your wants and needs!?
You can also ask me to further research the homes you decide you are most interested in, including exploring the seller's reason and motivation to sell, the total length of time the home has been on the market, including any previous listings and price reductions!?
Request a review of similar available and recently sold properties for comparison and analysis to help you be sure you are choosing the right home and making your best offer!
Use me as an information resource and ask me any questions you have, any time, about the real estate market, the home-buying process, home financing resources, recommended home inspectors, specific neighborhoods, or whatever you are wondering about! I can even recommend local hotels and restaurants if you are just planning to visit the area to explore!
